研究表明员工的敬业度是真正影响组织绩效的关键指标。而员工的敬业度与员工对工作的满意度存在很多微妙的关系。本文通过对技术型员工满意度与敬业度的实证调查研究发现工作满意度与敬业度存在一定的相关性,但并非全是正相关。通过数据分析,由此揭示员工敬业度的关键影响因素,并提出建议,为未来实现人力资源的高效管理提供依据。
Research shows that employee engagement is a key indicator of organizational performance. There are many subtle relationships between employee engagement and employee satisfaction with the job. Through empirical research on the satisfaction and engagement of technical workers, this paper finds that there is some correlation between job satisfaction and engagement, but not all are positive. Through data analysis, the key factors influencing employee engagement are revealed, and suggestions are put forward to provide evidence for the efficient management of human resources in the future.
