Objective To compare the bone marrow and blood in children with acute leukemia. Methods 70 children with acute leukemia were selected to summarize the characteristics of bone marrow and blood changes in children with acute leukemia. Results There were 52 cases (74.30%) of AML with common AML, 18 cases with ALL (25.70%), AML were mainly M1, M2 and M3, ALL were mainly L1 and L2. After chemotherapy, 10 cases (14.30%) of CR, 15 cases (21.40%) of PR, 35 cases (50.00%) of NC and 10 cases (14.30%) of PD were treated with chemotherapy. There was no significant difference in Hb between children with different types of AML and with ALL. The mean WBC levels of M3 WBC (1.4 ± 0.7) × 109 / L and PLT (20.9 ± 17.8) × 109 / L in AML were significantly lower than those in other subtypes (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in other types of WBC and PLT. Conclusion After complete remission, blood and bone marrow affect the prognosis of children with acute leukemia.
