动员讲话是部队很常见的一种讲话,某个单位或部门在开展某项重要活动或工作之前,都是先由相关领导进行动员讲话,以激发大家的参与热情,甚至促使他们马上开始行动。电视剧《亮剑》播出后,李云龙成为了许多现役军人的偶像。而李云龙善于打仗,不仅因为他敢于亮剑,更因为看似粗人的他善于针对不同人的心理以相应的语言动员、鼓舞他人的斗志。下面以其三段动员为例,看看李云龙是如何鼓舞士兵斗志的。
