我县属贫困山区县。水利水保局系统共有干部、职工338人,其中科技人员78人,占职工总人数的23.1％。十一届三中全会以来,我们认真落实知识分子政策,稳定水利科技队伍,吸引科技人员来陇县工作,充分调动科技人员的积极性,推动了我县水利事业的发展,取得了显著成绩,1988年被评为宝鸡市水利先进县;1989年获得省水利建设“仪祉杯”;四田建设连续3年夺得宝鸡市“愚公杯”。涌现出一批先进人物,1985年以来,全系统有100多人受到奖励,其中获宝鸡市劳动模范称号的工程技术人员1人,被评为宝鸡市水利科技先进工作者1人。
My county is a poor mountain county. Water Conservancy and Water Conservation Bureau system a total of cadres, 338 workers, of whom 78 were scientific and technological personnel, accounting for 23.1% of the total number of workers. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, we conscientiously implemented the policy of intellectuals, stabilized the contingent of scientists and technicians in water conservancy, attracted scientists and technicians to work in Long County, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of scientists and technicians, and promoted the development of water conservancy in our county. The year was named advanced water conservancy in Baoji County; in 1989 won the provincial water conservancy construction “Well-being Cup”; Shoda construction won three consecutive years in Baoji City, “Fool’s Cup.” A group of advanced people emerged. Since 1985, more than 100 people have been rewarded throughout the system. Among them, there are one engineering and technical personnel who won the title of model worker of Baoji City and one of the advanced workers of water conservancy technology in Baoji City.
