近年来,因药物滥用引起的细菌耐药菌株增加、二重感染增多、药物资源浪费和药源性疾病上升等,已给社会和患者造成严重危害,因而,临床合理用药已成为目前医院工作的一项重要内容。笔者结合多年工作实践,就临床合理用药论述如下。
