术中照射法(intraoperative radiotherapy,IORT)是1964年由阿部、御厨等首创的方法。现在施行这种方法的单位在日本有50个,美国30个,欧洲20个,日本领先。琦玉县癌中心1979年起主要对膀胱癌、前列腺癌施行术中照射法,对癌局部的控制效果非常好。1986年5月对卵巢癌骨盆内复发的骶骨疼痛,施以复发肿瘤切除后,对骶骨残存的肿瘤施行IORT,获得去除疼痛的成功。同年10月,对肾癌第四腰椎转移性疼痛,在肾摘除的同时,对腰椎施行了IORT,减轻了下肢疼痛。此后,对癌再发转移性疼痛也积极地施行了IORT,也获得去除疼痛的成功。
Intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) was the first method initiated by Abe and Yuk-Gumi in 1964. There are now 50 units in Japan, 30 in the United States, 20 in Europe, and Japan leading. Saitama Cancer Center has performed intraoperative irradiation on bladder cancer and prostate cancer since 1979. It has a very good control of local cancer. In May 1986, after the resection of recurrent tumors in the pelvic pain recurring in the pelvis of ovarian cancer, IORT was performed on the remaining tumors of the sacrum and the pain was successfully removed. In October of the same year, IORT was performed on the fourth lumbar metastatic pain of kidney cancer at the same time as the removal of the kidney, which reduced the pain in the lower extremities.
