调节饮食根据许多医学专家的经验,许多血压高于标准值的人,从某种程度上来说,与其说是天生体质或工作等诸多因素所引起,还不如说根本就是饮食上的缺陷造成的。因此,只要对疾病有正确认识和自觉的人,通过饮食方法便可获得充分改善。当然,饮食生活的改善不能只注意到局部,而应由多方面来修正。高血压患者的饮食应该注意到下列各点: 1、选择盐分含量较少的食品,一天的盐分摄入量应限制在7.2~9.6克。市面上出售的加工食品及蒸馏食品应避免食用。
