郭为:1963年生于秦皇岛。1988年毕业于中国科技大学研究生院,获 MBA 学位。1988年3月进入联想集团工作,任公关部经理。1990年～1993年分别担任过集团办公室主任、集团公司业务二部主任经理、企划部总经理、财务部总经理。1994年～1995年任集团公司大亚湾工业公司总经理,为大亚湾科技园区的建设作出了突出贡献。1996年协助联想总裁柳传志处理香港联想的销售业务以及联想的整合工作。1997年至今任整合后联想科技发展公司总经理,负责分销代理业务。
Guo Wei: Born in Qinhuangdao in 1963. He graduated from the graduate school of China University of Science and Technology with an MBA degree in 1988. In March 1988, he joined Lenovo Group and worked as a public relations manager. From 1990 to 1993, he served as the director of the Group Office, the director of the Group II Business Department, the general manager of the Planning Department, and the general manager of the Finance Department. From 1994 to 1995, he was the general manager of Dayawan Industrial Co., Ltd. and made outstanding contributions to the construction of Daya Bay Science Park. In 1996, he assisted Liu Chuanzhi, president of Lenovo, to handle the sales business of Lenovo in Hong Kong and the integration of Lenovo. Since 1997, he has been the general manager of the integrated Lenovo Technology Development Corporation and is responsible for distribution agency business.
