在制造螺旋齿刀具时,有两种类型的齿槽铣削加工比较困难,是制造此类刀具的关键工序。一是带波形的螺旋槽的铣削,例如铣削正弦波形刃的立铣刀(本文简称为波形刀)的齿槽和铣削硬质合金包米铣刀的刀片槽。二是在形面上铣削螺旋槽,例如铣削模具铣刀和形面锪钻的螺旋槽。我们设计与制造了带平面凸轮机构的夹具,把它安装在万能铣床上,使工件得到一个横向补偿运动,顺利地解决了上述两种类型刀具的螺旋齿槽的铣削加工,先后成功地制造了两种规格形状复杂的模具铣刀和五种规格的波形刀。
There are two types of alveolar milling that are difficult to make when making helical tooth tools and are the key processes for making such tools. One is the milling of wavy helical flutes, such as the grooving of an end mill for milling a sine-wave edge (referred to herein simply as a wave knife) and the milling of a carbide tipped cutter blade slot. The second is in the shape of the spiral groove milling, such as milling mold cutter and the surface of the spiral groove spiral drill. We designed and manufactured a fixture with a planar cam mechanism and mounted it on a universal milling machine to get a lateral compensation movement of the workpiece to smoothly solve the helical groove milling of the above two types of tools and to successfully manufacture Two kinds of shape and complexity of the mold cutter and five kinds of wave form knife.
