本文探讨了倒谱机理,提出了通过倒谱分析齿轮噪声、定量诊断齿轮磨损的方法。由理论分析指出,倒谱图中代表频域啮合谐波族的峰值与信号强度无关。倒谱幅值的大小不仅表示出齿轮故障是否存在,而且直按反映了轮齿表面磨损失效的程度,用其作为齿轮磨损的定量诊断参量具有较准确和直观的特点。本文还探讨了倒谱图中其他谱峰的物理意义。通过对齿轮箱的试验分析,得出了用倒谱诊断齿轮的磨损的初步阈值。理论分析与试验结果一致。
In this paper, the mechanism of cepstrum is discussed, and the method of quantitatively diagnosing gear wear by analyzing gear noise by cepstrum is proposed. It is pointed out theoretically that the peak value of the harmonic family representing the frequency domain in the cepstrum has nothing to do with the signal intensity. The magnitude of the cepstral not only shows the existence of the gear fault, but also shows the degree of wear failure of the gear tooth surface by direct press. It is more accurate and intuitive to use it as a quantitative diagnostic parameter of gear wear. This article also explores the physical meaning of other peaks in the cepstrum. Through the experimental analysis of the gearbox, the initial threshold value of gear worn by cepstrum was obtained. The theoretical analysis is consistent with the experimental results.
