现今随着我国现代化信息技术的不断发展与变化,高校图书馆读者的需求也在不断改变,而这就要求高校图书馆的服务范围、服务理念、服务模式、服务手段等进行有效的改变和创新,这样才能更好的为读者提供新的服务模式,进而更全面的有效满足读者的需求,本文首先对新时期下高校图书馆读者服务工作的特点进行了全面的分析,最后在根据其特点制定了高校图书馆读者服务模式转变与创新的策略,这样才能为读者提供满意的服务模式,也能有效促进高校图书
Nowadays with the continuous development and change of modern information technology in our country, the demand of university library readers is changing constantly, which requires effective changes and innovations in the service scope, service concept, service mode and service means of university libraries , So as to provide readers with new service modes better and more fully and effectively to meet the needs of readers. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of readers’ service in university library in the new period and finally makes some suggestions according to its characteristics The strategy of changing and innovating the service mode of college library readers so as to provide readers with satisfactory service mode and to effectively promote college books
