Since the implementation of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases (hereinafter referred to as ”Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law") in 2002, remarkable progress has been made in prevention and control of occupational diseases in our country. However, with the rapid socio-economic development, the existing prevention and treatment work is still lagging behind and it is hard to meet people’s growing occupational health needs.
