本文提出采用两次穿孔新工艺,提高热轧毛管壁厚精度,为冷拔提供坯料,从而生产出尺寸精度达到三辊轧机壁厚公差((?))水平的冷拔成品管。
In this paper, a new two-pass perforation process is proposed to improve the precision of the hot-rolled capillary wall thickness and provide blanks for cold drawing so as to produce a cold-drawn finished tube with the dimensional accuracy of the three-roll mill wall thickness tolerance (?).
