简述了国内外窄带钎料的生产现状和发展趋势,研究了高精度窄带钎料的技术特点,分析了影响窄带钎料内外质量的工艺、设备、材料和管理因素。通过比较分析国内外钎料制备差异,发现国内钎料质量欠缺的主要表现形式。结合大量生产现场表象,剖析了典型质量缺陷的产生的技术诱因,指出了提高窄带钎料内在质量的技术措施和提高几何精度的工艺途径,探索了材料、装备、工艺和管理互为依托互为支撑的有机关系。研究结果表明:高品质原材料和完美的成分组合是制备优质钎料的前提条件,优良的工艺装备是制备高精度窄带钎料的必要保障,先进的生产工艺是控制钎料综合质量的重要关键,完善的质量保证体系足持续提升钎料品质的基本要求,全员综合素质和生产员工的技术水平是稳定产品质量的源泉。
The production status and development trend of narrow-band brazing filler metal at home and abroad are briefly described. The technical characteristics of high-precision narrow-band filler metal are studied.
