According to the regulations of the China Geological Society, the National Congress of the National People’s Congress is held every four years. I will be the last Congress was held in 1979, 1983 should be the fifth member congress. In order to explore the reform, China Association for Science and Technology has instructed that the Congress should be held in the mode of communication if it is not combined with the academic year.
