数控加工中,过切削的校验等价于刀具切削刃的运动轨迹与零件轮廓之间的求交问题。本文的算法采用了新的判断交点的方法,计算量小,可以在加工中进行实时过切削校验。
In NC machining, the over-cutting verification is equivalent to the intersection between the cutting edge of the tool and the outline of the part. The algorithm in this paper adopts a new method of judging the intersection points, which has a small amount of computation and can perform real-time over-cutting verification in machining.
