新安江水库为一多年调节的大型水库,水库建成后,水库的洪水预报、调度工作一直以手算方法解决,工作量大,计算任务重,费时耗力,还难以满足对雨洪迅速作出预报与及时提供洪水调度方案的要求。如遇汛期水位较高,电站的发电效益与水库的防洪效益将是直接与洪水预报、洪水调度决策有关。使用电子计算机进行洪水预报及洪水调度工作,解决繁琐的手工计算,是合理制定防洪调度方案,提高电站水量利用率,节约水能资源的有效措施。
Xin’anjiang Reservoir is a large-scale reservoir that has been adjusted for many years. After the reservoir is completed, flood forecasting and dispatching work in reservoirs has been solved by manual method. The workload is heavy, the task is heavy, time-consuming and labor-intensive, Forecast and timely provision of flood control program requirements. In case of high water level in flood season, the power generation benefit of the power station and the flood control benefit of the reservoir will be directly related to flood forecasting and flood control decision-making. The use of electronic computers for flood forecasting and flood control work to solve the cumbersome manual calculation is an effective measure to rationally make plans for flood control and dispatch, improve water utilization of power stations and conserve hydropower resources.
