目的:观察作业疗法对脑瘫患儿智力的影响。方法:脑瘫患儿120例分为治疗组68例和对照组52例均采用运动疗法,语言、针灸、按摩、中药熏蒸、水疗、经络导平等综合康复治疗,并指导患儿家属配合家庭康复治疗,治疗组同时辅以作业疗法。两组治疗前后采用Gesell量表中的适应性行为DQ值进行评定。结果:治疗组显效率明显高于对照组(55.88%vs28.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);平均DQ值治疗组亦明显高于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑瘫的治疗中增加作业疗法能明显提高患儿的智力,且年龄越小效果越好。
Objective: To observe the effect of homework on intelligence in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 120 children with cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group (n = 68) and control group (n = 52). All of them were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation including exercise therapy, language, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, , While the treatment group supplemented with homework therapy.
