在女性相对密集的图书馆中,对女性馆员的心理健康问题已不容忽视,女性馆员在家庭与事业中身兼数职,她们常常陷入矛盾和困惑之中,这严重影响了她们的日常工作和身心健康,阻碍了她们职业的正常发展因此,了解女性馆员的职业压力,为其提供合理的职业发展对策,具有十分重要的现实意义。
