呼吸异常是新生儿尤其是早产儿疾病诊治过程中经常遇到的问题之一,近年来曾有个案报道在低钙血症时可有反复呼吸异常,现将我科1994年以来遇到的9例报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:9例中男性7例,女性2例,年龄生后2～38天,足月儿6例,早产儿3例,母乳喂养5例,人工喂养4例,母孕后期有双小腿腓肠肌痉挛史5例,同期伴随疾病有新生儿窒息3例,新生儿硬肿症4例,新生儿颅内出血2例,新生儿咽下综合
