发展农村社区文化在我国社会主义新农村建设中有着十分重要的作用,但目前我国农村社区文化存在的认识不够、设施落后、人才缺乏、活动单调等问题严重影响了新农村建设的进程,因此要采取以下措施加快农村社区文化发展以促进新农村建设:转变思想,提高认识;加强农村社区文化基础设施建设;加强农村社区文化人才队伍的建设;丰富农民文化活动等。
The development of rural community culture plays an important role in the construction of a new socialist countryside in our country. However, at present, there is not enough awareness of the existence of rural community culture in our country, and the problems such as backward facilities, lack of qualified personnel and monotonous activities have seriously affected the progress of new rural construction.
