我厂的捷克HHp 10米刨边机是五十年代初进口设备,经多年使用,又由于原液压夹紧系统设计陈旧,常易发生漏油、压力不足,个别千斤顶活动不灵等故障,而影响生产。为此,在大修时我们对该机进行了改装,新增了液压系统,由电磁换向阀控制,使液压千斤顶实现液压夹紧和放松。改进后的夹紧系统见图1,在电机2启动后,齿轮泵3把油箱中的油液经过滤油器1吸入并压出,系统的压力由溢流阀4进行
