介绍完成回盲肠尿道成形术2年以上病人11例。这些病人是低级膀胱癌,浸润深度不超过膀胱肌层(即B—T_3a),继放射治疗后成行全膀胱切除术,切除范围达肉阜,然后将前列腺囊壁与回肓肠段做吻合。
Introduction to complete ileoplasty urethroplasty more than 2 years in patients with 11 cases. These patients had low grade bladder cancer with infiltration depth not exceeding the bladder muscular layer (ie, B-T_3a). Radiotherapy was followed by total cystectomy and the resection range was reached.
