In Australia, most of the major hospitals with medical, teaching, and scientific research tasks have a history of decades or even more than a hundred years. Their structural forms and management systems are similar to those of similar hospitals in Western European countries. In recent years, with the advancement of science and technology in the medical field, these old teaching hospitals have been subjectively or objectively turned to modern organizational structures and management methods. During my stay in Australia from 1980 to 1981, I visited doctors in cities in eastern, western and southern Australia.
