学制改革是一项系统工程,不仅涉及教育的方方面面,而且还将触动到社会其他领域。因此,政府在其中的作用至关重要。笔者主要探讨了高职两年制学制改革中政府的作用以及怎样发挥其作用。
The reform of the academic system is a systematic project involving not only all aspects of education, but also other areas of society. Therefore, the government’s role in it is of crucial importance. The author mainly discusses the role of the government in the two-year reform of higher vocational education and how to play its role.
