As early as 1968, V.Fuchs, an American economist, pointed out in his classic book Service Economics that the United States has taken the lead in the Western countries from the industrial economy to the service economy and society. Today, the service industry is even more significant in terms of economic growth, social employment and international trade. The theoretical research on service industry is also gradually strengthened. The competitiveness of service industry is very important to the development of service industry.
