我国国防动员立法经历了较长时期的发展过程。2010年2月26日审议通过的《中华人民共和国国防动员法》共14章、72条,内容涉及国防动员的组织领导体制、经济建设的国防要求、物资动员、对预备役人员的储备与征召、公民和组织的国防义务与权利、特别措施等几方面。这部法律的颁布填补了我国国防动员立法的空白,为新形势下国防动员建设健康发展提供了坚实的法律保障。
China’s national defense mobilization legislation has experienced a longer period of development. The People’s Republic of China National Defense Mobilization Law passed on February 26, 2010 consists of 14 chapters and 72 articles covering the organizational leadership system for national defense mobilization, the national defense requirements for economic construction, material mobilization, reserve and recruitment of reserve personnel, Civil and organizational defense obligations and rights, special measures and other aspects. The promulgation of this law has filled in the blank of national defense mobilization legislation in our country and provided a solid legal guarantee for the healthy development of national defense mobilization in the new situation.
