从水电基建工程项目的发展形式来看,水电类工程项目变得越来越重要。随着此类工程的迅速发展,对水电基建工程项目所要求的技术、标准也越来越严格,竞争的压力也就越来越大。本文对水电基建工程项目中机电安装管理的特点以及含义进行分析,总结出了机电安装管理过程中需要注意的几点问题,对机电安装过程中安全、进度、质量、成本等方面进行了研究,这对提高水电基建工程项目中机电安装效率以及安装成本的控制意义重大。
From the perspective of the development of hydropower infrastructure projects, hydropower projects have become more and more important. This paper analyzes the characteristics and meanings of the mechanical and electrical installation management in the hydropower infrastructure project, summarizes some problems that need attention in the mechanical and electrical installation management process, studies the safety, schedule, quality and cost in the mechanical and electrical installation process, This is of great significance in improving the efficiency of installation of electromechanical and electrical installations and the cost of installation in hydropower infrastructure projects.
