普兰店市第一人民医院是一所集医疗、预防、教学、科研、康复于一体的县(市)级综合医院。在职职工711人。近年来,我们坚持院务公开,加强民主管理,在全院职工中形成了爱岗敬业、救死扶伤、团结奋进、争创一流的好风气,医院建设逐年发展,多次被评为普兰店市、大连市和辽宁省的文明医院和规范服务先进单位,1992年经卫生部验收为二级甲等医院。一、实行院务公开,增强医院发展动力。职工的积极性是医院取之不尽的源泉,只有把职工的积极性充分调动起来,医院才能发展。我们把坚持每年召开两次
Pulandian First People’s Hospital is a collection of medical, prevention, teaching, research, rehabilitation in one county (city) level general hospital. In-service workers 711 people. In recent years, we adhere to the openness of the hospital affairs and strengthen the democratic management. The hospital has been developed year by year and has been praised as Pulandian, Dalian City, Liaoning Province and civilized hospitals and advanced services norms, in 1992 by the Ministry of Health for the acceptance of two first-class hospitals.
