磷化铝(AlPO_4)在世界范围内广泛作为谷物防腐剂,当AlPO_4与湖湿的空气接触时释出磷化氢。如人服AlPO_4后,在胃内释出磷化氢可刺激胃肠道,并可引起周围循环衰竭。其毒性主要影响心脏、肝脏、肾脏和肺。近来有报道AlPO_4引起严重毒性作用及致命并发症如休克和心律失常。作者报道AlPO_4中毒致心血管方面的并发症。 25例急性AlPO_4中毒忠者,男18例,女7例,平均年龄26.17±8.12岁。21例因自杀中毒,其他为意外事故。所有病人服AlPO_4后几分钟内发生严重
Aluminum phosphide (AlPO 4) is widely used as a cereal preservative worldwide and releases phosphine when AlPO 4 is contacted with the lake wet air. If people take AlPO_4, the release of phosphine in the stomach can stimulate the gastrointestinal tract, and can cause circulatory failure around. Its toxicity mainly affects the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs. It has recently been reported that AlPO 4 causes serious toxic effects and fatal complications such as shock and arrhythmia.
