[目的]探讨一次性摄入食醋后血流介导的动脉舒张功能和血压的变化。[方法]采用两阶段交叉实验设计,16名健康受试者分别食用:(1)20ml食醋与120ml纯净水的混合溶液;(2)140ml纯净水。采用高分辨率的彩色多普勒超声仪测量肱动脉血流介导的血管舒张(flow-mediateddilatation,FMD),食用前和食用后1h各测量1次。[结果]应用一般线性模型分析可见,不同处理方式间,FMD变化值的差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),不同的试验阶段对FMD的测量结果也没有影响(P=0.072)。[结论]一次食用20ml食醋后,未观察到血流介导的动脉舒张功能的显著变化。
[Objective] To investigate the blood flow-mediated changes of arterial diastolic function and blood pressure after one-time ingestion of vinegar. [Method] A two-stage crossover experimental design was adopted. Sixteen healthy subjects were eaten with (1) a mixed solution of 20 ml of vinegar and 120 ml of purified water, and (2) 140 ml of purified water. Brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (FMD) was measured using a high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound, and each measurement was taken 1 h before and after ingestion. [Results] The results of general linear model analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the changes of FMD among the different treatment methods (P> 0.05). The different experimental stages had no effect on the measurement of FMD (P = 0.072). [Conclusions] No significant change in blood flow-mediated arterial diastolic function was observed after consuming 20 ml of vinegar once.
