终身教育立法对于推动教育事业的发展,尤其是终身教育的发展和推广具有重大意义。但是由于终身教育工作在我国还没有得到完全的普及和发展,所以关于终身教育的立法研究一直是社会问题中的热点,为我国教育界所关注。本文将以湖南省的实践与探索为例,探索我国终身教育立法工作的主要问题,并根据实际情况提出相关对策与建议。
Lifelong education legislation is of great significance to promoting the development of education, especially the development and promotion of lifelong education. However, since lifelong education has not been fully popularized and developed in our country, the legislation research on lifelong education has always been a hot issue in the society and has been paid attention to by our country’s education circles. This article will take the practice and exploration of Hunan Province as an example to explore the main problems in the legislation of lifelong education in our country and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation.
