随着社会主义市场经济的发展,工会工作职能的拓展,工会会计工作在工会大局中的地位和作用也日益凸显,这对工会会计人员也提出了更新、更高的要求。如何加强工会会计规范化工作,使工会会计工作更好地适应形势的要求,已成为当前工会会计工作的又一重要课题。如何使工会会计工作能够有效地服务和服从工会的整体工作,笔者认为应该从以下几方面着手——一、建章立制强化内部会计工作机制
