患者,女,48岁。因发现右侧乳房肿块1个月入我科治疗。体格检查:右乳乳头后方触及大小约6×5 cm肿块,质硬,固定,境界不清,表面欠光滑,且与表面皮肤形成粘连,右乳乳头内陷,右腋窝可触及肿大淋巴结。血清肿瘤标志物检查正常。血常规及血生化检查正常。乳腺彩超检查提示:右乳低回声光团,边界不清,形态不规则,考虑右乳占位性病
