室内空间测量定位系统(workshop measuring and positioning system,wMPS)作为一种新型的网络式大尺寸坐标测量系统,其发射站测角精度直接影响最终测量精度.针对wMPS缺乏有效的测量精度评价方法,设计了wMPS单站测角精度评定装置,研究了利用多齿分度台、自准直仪等高精度仪器作为精度溯源基准的测角评定方法,分析了该方法引入的系统误差.实验表明:wMPS单站测角精度优于2″(k=1).最后,利用激光跟踪仪与wMPS进行空间坐标比对,比对结果验证了该测角精度评定方法的准确性,表明wMPS具有较高的测量精度,满足大尺寸测量要求.
As a new type of large-scale coordinate measuring system with network, the measuring accuracy of transmitting station directly affects the accuracy of final measurement.Aiming at the lack of effective measurement accuracy evaluation method and design of wMPS, The accuracy of wMPS single-station measuring device was evaluated, and the method of measuring the angle of measurement using the multi-tooth indexing table and self-collimator as the reference of accuracy was analyzed and the systematic errors introduced by this method were analyzed.The experiment shows that wMPS The accuracy of single-station angle measurement is better than 2 (k = 1) .Finally, the spatial coordinate comparison between laser tracker and wMPS is carried out. The accuracy of the method is verified by the comparison results, which shows that wMPS has higher Measurement accuracy, to meet the large size measurement requirements.
