目的探讨人工流产术常见并发症的病因。方法采用查阅病历资料、临床调查和随访等方法 ,进行资料汇总分析。结果行人工流产术2067例中,出现各类并发症47例,占2.27%。并发症的发生,一半以上是源于医务人员,患者本身因素也占很大的比重,并发症均可经及时处理与治疗得以康复。结论根据并发症发生原因,采取针对性的防治措施,可以有效提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the etiology of common complications of induced abortion. Methods According to the medical records, clinical investigation and follow-up, the data were summarized and analyzed. Results In 2067 cases of abortion, 47 cases of various complications occurred, accounting for 2.27%. Complications occurred, more than half are from medical personnel, patients themselves also accounted for a large proportion of the factors, complications can be treated and treated in time to be recovered. Conclusions According to the causes of complications, taking targeted prevention and treatment measures can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
