铁路客运的静态平顺性测量直接关系到工程质量及铁路运营后的行车安全和舒适,因此,无砟轨道精调技术已成为无砟轨道建设的关键技术。结合工程实际需要,提出并研制了一种用于无砟轨道精调过程中对数据进行测量和控制的简易测量工具,探讨和研究利用简易装置更加高效率地精调无砟轨道的方法,该方案能初步解决在铺设无砟轨道的精调作业中测量水平方向尺寸变化量和竖直方向尺寸变化量的问题。
The static ride comfort measurement of railway passenger transport is directly related to the project quality and traffic safety and comfort after the railway operation. Therefore, the precision tuning technology of ballastless track has become the key technology for ballastless track construction. Based on the practical needs of the project, a simple measuring tool for measuring and controlling the data during the fine tuning of ballastless track was proposed and developed, and the method to fine-tune the ballastless track with a simple device was discussed and studied. The problem of measuring the dimensional change in the horizontal direction and the dimensional change in the vertical direction in the fine tuning operation of laying the ballastless track can be initially solved.
