由浙江警官职业学院图书馆馆长、国内知名监狱学者郭明教授策划创办的“刑事学术文化交流中心”经过一年多的筹建,于2014年11月份正式向国内同行开启运行。本中心是以“促进刑事学科建设、推动刑事理论研究、助益刑事人才交流、传播刑事学术文化”为主要任务的学术服务机构。中心设在学院图书馆六层,占地面积800余平米,包括资源典藏区、学术研修区、期刊阅览区、休闲交流区等四个功能区块。其中,资源典藏区以收纳“刑事学术资源”为主,主要集成上万种犯罪、刑罚、监狱、警察、安全、刑事法律法规、司法行
The “Criminal Academic and Cultural Exchange Center”, curated by Professor Guo Ming, a curator from Zhejiang Vocational College of Police and a well-known prison scholar in China, officially opened its doors to domestic counterparts in November 2014 after more than a year of preparation. The center is based on “to promote the construction of criminal disciplines, promote criminal theory research, to help criminal personnel exchange, dissemination of criminal academic culture ” as the main task of academic services.
