渐开线少齿差行星减速器由于具有速比范围大、体积小、重量轻、效率较高、同轴线传动、加工和拆装均方便等优点,目前已广泛用于农机、化工、轻工、起重运输、工程机械、仪器仪表、机床附件等工业部门。随着应用的日益广泛,结构型式也在增多。近年来,渐开线少齿差减速器的输出机构,在滑块式、销轴式、零齿差式的基础上,又增加了浮动盘式。因为浮动盘式较滑块式摩擦损失小,较销轴式制造方便,较零齿差式适用的速比范围大,因而引起了各行业的注意。
