针对掘进机截割岩石硬度变化导致截割电机功率不断改变的实际作业条件,提出了截割进给速度与截割负载相关的自适应截割技术。基于Simulink建立掘进机截割部控制系统模型,设计掘进机自适应截割控制算法,利用AMESim和RecurDyn建立掘进机截割作业联合仿真模型。联合仿真表明,自适应截割技术可以使截割电机工作在恒功率状态,提高了截割效率。
In view of the actual operating conditions that the excavator cutting rock hardness changes causes the cutting motor power to change unceasingly, the adaptive cutting technology which is related to the cutting feed speed is put forward. Based on Simulink, the control system model of cutting machine cutting part was established, the adaptive cutting control algorithm of TBM was designed, and the co-simulation model of cutting machine cutting operation was established by AMESim and RecurDyn. The co-simulation shows that the adaptive cutting technology can make the cutting motor work in a constant power state and improve the cutting efficiency.
