建立资料室是我们采编人员们的共同心愿,在新的资料室建立起来以后,主观上如何积极主动地发挥它的作用,是摆在我们资料室管理人员面前的一个新的课题。由于资料工作和资料研究工作的加强,不少采编人员在收集和储存资料的意识也相应的增强,大家在运用手头资料研究理论,分析形势,撰写论文,探讨新形势下报纸工作的走向。目前,《鄂尔多斯日报》已经是成了一种新的风尚,即从上到下都能重视资料研究和专业理论的写作,很多同志的佳作还在省级以上的刊物中发表。
Establishing a reference room is a common wish of our editorial staff. After the establishment of a new reference room, how to play its role in a subjective way proactively is a new task for our reference staff. Due to the enhancement of information work and information research, many editors have also increased their awareness of collecting and storing information. All of them use the data on hand to study the theory, analyze the situation, write essays and discuss the trend of newspaper work in the new situation.
