几年的教育工作实践,我积累了一定的教育经验,在对幼儿进行劳动教育方面有一定的效果。我主要是从以下几方面进行的: 一、制定劳动教育计划。劳动习惯的养成并不是一天两天的事,这需要长期的培养,并要遵循循序渐进的教育原则,制定的目标要具体、明确,由浅入深,由简到繁地进行,不可能一蹴而就。如小班的孩子,应让他学会怎样自己吃饭,自己洗手等自我劳动,而不能一来就让他自己擦桌子、洗杯子。
