文章提出了一种完备的故障管理解决方案,能把故障对系统的影响降低到最小,保证电信网的正常运行。该解决方案的原理可应用到其它自动化设备中,目前在电信管理网(TMN)的网管系统(NMS)中发挥着极其重要的作用。
The article presents a complete fault management solution that can minimize the impact of faults on the system and ensure the normal operation of the telecommunications network. The principle of this solution can be applied to other automation equipment and currently plays an extremely important role in the Network Management System (NMS) of the Telecommunication Management Network (TMN).
