陈仲仁,人称“陈百万”。出身孤儿。1963年,只身赴苏北淮安农村插队。其间迷上钟表收藏。此后,乐此不疲凡二十载,不意,神州收藏热起,过去满屋“破烂”顿时身价百倍。陈仲仁因此“暴富”。然而,命运并不总是垂青于他,1995年,陈仲仁所在的南京长虹机械厂经营困难,陈仲仁下岗了。受淘旧货经历的启发,陈仲仁于当年10月9日,召集下岗工友成立了南京第一个下岗职工互助组,干起了收购旧货的营生,一时,生意兴隆。
