江西省日前提出,必须牢固树立防大汛、抗大灾思想,坚持防汛抗旱两手抓,紧紧围绕防汛保安全,抗旱保丰收,保障整个经济社会用水需求的大目标,从六个方面全力抓好今年的防汛抗旱工作。据气象水文等部门预测,今年江西降雨量接近常年,但由于降雨时空分布不均,局部将发生洪涝灾害,同时发生大旱灾的可能性较大。
