患儿男6岁。左眼视力下降,眼红54天。于1981年7月18日住院,住院号38828。发病后,患儿曾到多处医院诊治,均诊断为虹膜睫状体炎,但治疗无效,病情逐日加重。全身检查未发现异常改变。眼科检查:左眼视力指数/30cm,右眼1.5。左眼混合性充血,角膜透明,前房少量积脓,虹膜表面散在灰白色球状隆起,瞳孔中等散大。晶状体前囊
