根据无级变速器功耗与效率的影响因素,对比分析发动机和电机的工作特性,提出利用小功率电封闭实验台测量无级变速器功耗和效率的方法。试验结果表明,转矩损失主要取决于速比和系统压力,传动效率主要取决于速比和主动轮转矩,主动轮转速对转矩损失和传动效率的影响可以忽略;速比小于1时,转矩损失显著增大,传动效率快速下降;速比大于1时,转矩损失和传动效率基本不变。分析传动系统整体效率最优控制、夹紧力滑移率控制和采用电动油泵等3种方法的节能潜力,仿真结果表明,3种方法分别使经济性提高3.2%、5.8%和2.4%,同时采用3种方法可使经济性提高9.8%,为选择节能途径和评价节能效果提供参考。
According to the influencing factors of power consumption and efficiency of CVT, the working characteristics of engine and motor were compared and analyzed. The method of measuring the power consumption and efficiency of CVT with low power electric closed test bed was proposed. The test results show that the torque loss mainly depends on the speed ratio and the system pressure, and the transmission efficiency mainly depends on the speed ratio and the driving wheel torque. The influence of the driving wheel speed on torque loss and transmission efficiency can be neglected. When the speed ratio is less than 1, Torque loss increased significantly, transmission efficiency decreased rapidly; speed ratio greater than 1, the torque loss and transmission efficiency remained unchanged. The results show that the three methods can improve the economy by 3.2%, 5.8% and 2.4% respectively, meanwhile, the energy saving potential of the three methods of optimal control of overall transmission efficiency, control of clamping force slip ratio and electric oil pump are analyzed. Simultaneously, Using three methods can improve the economy by 9.8%, for the selection of energy-saving ways and evaluate the energy saving effect.
