社会主义的核心价值体系是社会主义意识形态的本质体现,是全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础,指引着我国社会主义各项事业稳步前进。优秀的企业离不开思想政治文化建设,既能帮助员工整体素质提高,也能促进企业持续发展。基于社会主义核心价值体系,对企业思想政治教育活动实效性研究,使社会主义核心价值体系成为员工思想武器,指导其工作和生活,不断提高自身政治觉悟和综合素质,增强员工的社会责任感。
The core value system of socialism is the essence embodiment of socialist ideology and the common ideological foundation for the entire party and people of all nationalities in the country to work in unity and guide the steady progress of all our socialist undertakings. Excellent enterprises can not do without ideological and political culture, both to help improve the overall quality of staff, but also to promote sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the socialist core value system, the research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education in enterprises has made the socialist core value system an ideological weapon for employees, guiding their work and life, continuously improving their political awareness and overall quality, and enhancing employees’ sense of social responsibility.
