敌鼠钠是一种高效抗凝血杀鼠剂,中毒后出现以凝血障碍为主的临床表现。近些年来随着人民生活水平的提高和环境卫生的改善,临床上敌鼠钠中毒的病例比较罕见,且由于敌鼠钠有一定潜伏期,起始症状不典型,容易误诊和漏诊。现将我院2005-2010年间收治的13例综合分析如下。
