雨果说:“世界上最广阔的是海洋,比海洋更广阔的是天空,比天空更广阔的是人的灵魂。”教师是塑造人类灵魂的工程师,而班主任是战斗在这一阵地最前沿的战士．是一班之魂。班主任是班集体的组织者、教育者和领导者,是学校领导实施教育教学工作的得力助手,是学生、家长、科任教师之间的桥梁,在学校工作中具有重要的作用。管好一个班级,犹如搞好一个系统工程,班主任从任职那天起就要有十分强烈的职责意识,要真正在培养学生高尚情操,塑造学生美好心灵上下功夫。我们做了多年的班主任,总结出四个字。
